Assuming that this is not a magical beer tap or magical Frostie machine, where it produces a never-ending supply of joy, I would go with the beer tap. Easier to clean and can be used more often - plus I buy beer all the time anyway.
However, if there are supernatural re-filling powers at work, I would choose the Frostie machine. You can get beer anywhere, but unlimited free frozen chocolate slush? Sign me up!
Oh wait... it's slurpee? Ahh the image threw me off... that and I really like Frosties so it was wishful thinking. I still stick with my vote.
