Barguments fan and Doug Hanks cousin Michael Valliant first nominated this for Best TV Theme Song. I agree. Competitive hot-dog eater and sports writer Will Champman sent me the video today.

Beautiful find, Chappie. You gotta love Colt Seavers...the answer to what happened to Col. Steve Austin after his mid-life crisis. The Fall Guy truck might even get a vote for coolest TV ride. I'd take it over the Dukes' General Lee or the Starsky and Hutch ride. Though Magnum had it nice also.
That's a good bargument. Which reminds me I need to post your best TV-evolution bargument.
Heather Thomas' intro in the opening credits pretty much sealed my sexuality as a young man. That and Erin Gray on Silver Spoons (and I also had a strange crush on Claire Huxtable -- that spicy nostril flare and sensible pantsuit sexuality -- but that's one for a therapist someday).
Don't forget about Howie Munson...
Which leads me to another great bargument. Which hot 80's tv mom would you want to sleep with?
Maggie Seaver - Growing Pains
Angela Baur - Who's The Boss
Kate Stratton - Silver Spoons
Clair Huxtable - The Cosby Show
Elyse Keaton - Family Ties
Howie was tough, but not as versatile as Rick from Magnum. Which brings up yet another TV Bargument: most loyal television sidekick:
1. Rick or TC from Magnum P.I.
2. Howie on the Fall Guy
3. Robin from the Adam West Batman
4. "The Bear" from BJ & The Bear
5. Barney Fife from Andy Griffith
Most loyal sidekick bargument and no mention of Norm from "Cheers"? That's sacreligious.
He was loyal to every bartender and gave us Norm-isms.
Second place goes to Kramer.
Don't forget the little robot who followed Buck Rogers around...
Ah, but what about Tattoo from Fantasy Island? That dude never questioned Mr. Roark. Kramer is certainly in the mix as well, Farmar. Hanks - programmed robots (like Twigi) can hardly count. I think freewill is a component of loyalty for the TV sidekick. You could go with Eddie, the dog from Fraser--dogs count.
George was Jerry's sidekick. Kramer fell into a different TV species: wacky neighbor.
